We use Australia Post to ship our items and cannot not help liable for any delays that are out of our control. 

If you are items are damaged in transit we will evaluate the issue and attempt to resolve in a satisfactory manner (see 'Refund Policy' for the terms and process).

We cannot guarantee shipping timing estimates as they are out of our control. We will endeavour to post your item at the earliest opportunity.
